Selected from the candidate pool may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for OINP. Nevertheless, holding an ITA does not guarantee eligibility for any OINP stream. Once the ITA is in hand, and if the section specified in the ITA applies, online application is an option. You must submit your application within 14 days from the date you receive the ITA.
