Current Manitoba PNP Draw Key Details
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) recently held another round of invitations through its Expression of Interest (EOI) system.
On September 7, 2023, the latest Manitoba PNP draw extended invitations to 558 candidates across all three MPNP streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas. To qualify for an Invitation to Apply (ITA), candidates need to achieve a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 595 to 724.
This September 7th draw marks a continuation of Manitoba's trend of hosting invitation rounds with increased ITAs and decreased CRS scores. The continued draw demonstrates the Manitoba PNP's commitment to expanding the pool of candidates eligible for provincial nomination within its MPNP-managed streams.

The MPNP selects candidates with the highest scores from the pool to submit a comprehensive application. The Manitoba PNP typically conducts bi-weekly draws, with a few exceptions, depending on the province's application inventory requirements.
It is important to note that specific requirements and scoring criteria may evolve over time to suit the changing needs of the province. Generally, candidates with higher scores and those possessing skills or work experience in professions listed on the Manitoba In-demand Occupation List have a better chance of receiving an invitation to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency.
