October’s Initial Express Entry Draw “No Program Specified”

3,725 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were distributed during Express Entry Draw #268. Candidates require a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 500 to be considered. This “No Program Specified” nature indicates potential invitations for candidates spanning various categories - Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Provincial Nominee Program.

The draw, unveiled in October 2023, is the first of its kind in this month. The previous 'no program specified' draw was held on 26 September, welcoming 3,000 candidates across all programs with no apparent constraints. A CRS score of 504 was the benchmark for the lowest-ranked invitee in the September draw, highlighting that profiles boasting a CRS score equal to or exceeding 504 were in contention for an invitation.

In Draw #267, designated as “Agriculture and Agri-Food Business (2023-1)”, 600 invitations were sent out, with the CRS score falling to a baseline of 354 points.
