In case you have received an NOI in this HCP draw, you are given a 45-day window to file an online application to the OINP.
The HCP stream under Ontario's policies is tailored to draw in foreign workers with a high level of skill and experience, who can positively impact the economic growth and development of the province.
Eligibility for the HCP stream requires candidates to have a valid profile in the Express Entry system and satisfy the criteria for one of the three federal programs managed under the Express Entry system. Moreover, applicants must satisfy certain eligibility conditions for the HCP stream, which encompass aspects such as Educational Qualification, Professional Experience, Language Competence, and Flexibility.
Nominees through the HCP stream receive an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, which virtually ensures an invitation to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada in a future Express Entry draw. This nomination greatly boosts the candidate's likelihood of selection by the federal government.
