The HCP stream under Ontario's policies is tailored to draw in foreign workers with a high level of skill and experience, who can positively impact the economic growth and development of the province.
Eligibility for the HCP stream requires candidates to have a valid profile in the Express Entry system and satisfy the criteria for one of the three federal programs managed under the Express Entry system.
