Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) executed another Express Entry draw today. This all-program draw entailed the selection of applicants from every one of the three Express Entry pathways and affiliated Provincial Nominee Program streams.

On September 26, 2023, the most recent Express Entry draw was revealed, during which 3,000 invitees with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 504 were selected. This event is the second all-program draw event by IRCC within the month of September.

The previous all-program draw took place on September 11, inviting 3,200 individuals, each with a minimum CRS score of 531. The September 26 draw saw a reduction in CRS by 27 points.

During this series of invitations, candidates for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Programs might receive invitations.

Express Entry into Canada: A Simplified Pathway to Permanent Residency

Canada's Express Entry Protocol facilitates a more efficient process for immigration under economic classes, namely the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

2. • Document Preparation: Gather required documents like passport, language test results, and educational assessments.
3. • Create Express Entry Profile: Fill out and submit your profile online, providing information about your skills, work experience, language ability, and other details.
4. • Receive Invitation to Apply (ITA): Wait for an Express Entry draw. If your profile is among those selected, you’ll receive an ITA.
5. • Submit Application for Permanent Residence: Once you get the ITA, complete and submit your permanent residence application online within 60 days.
6. • Wait for Approval: IRCC will process the application, and upon approval, you’ll be able to move to Canada as a permanent resident.
